Happy Father's Day!

"Dad was a character, a story-teller and my hero. Pictured above with my mother, Mary Ann, these photos make me smile every time I see them and they are the way I remember him. He raised 7 kids (16 grandkids), he was a very successful businessman and a man of Faith. Dad started the tradition of spending a week at the Outer Banks with the whole family. This year will be our 30th year!

Dad was the one who inspired me to follow my dreams to become a photographer and he taught me about business. He was always there to be a sounding board or to give advice. He was our leader and the patriarch of our family and I am forever grateful for all I learned from him. The values he instilled in me have carried through with raising my own family with my wife, Jessica. I will always cherish memories of Dad and I treasure these portraits.

If this year has taught us anything: life is short, capture memories of your loved ones now, take portraits that will last a lifetime and honor your loved ones' legacies.
